FrequENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Where do we start?
We agree on a night that aligns for you—one where you can rest deeply and receive. Before bed, you'll receive a simple mantra to repeat as you drift off. While you rest, the work begins—clearing your aura, balancing your chakras, and tending to whatever energy is most ready to be released. Your guides and higher power may send messages or insights through. You don't need to do anything but rest.
How do I prepare?
You can sleep as you always do! Alone, next to a partner, co-sleepers and the like. So long as you fall asleep. You may also set the intention to receive (the mantra helps with this). Trust that you don't need to do anything else.
What happens when I wake up?
You wake up like any other morning—except sometimes, something feels different. Lighter. Softer. A little more spacious. There's no right way to feel. Some people notice shifts right away. Others don't feel much at first, and that's okay too.
Will I remember anything from the session?
Not always. Some people remember dreams, colors, or sensations, at times people mentioned they felt my presence. Others remember nothing, and still receive the full benefit. The audio recording will fill in what your conscious mind may have missed.
When will I receive my audio?
The morning after your session, you'll find a personalized audio waiting for you. In it, I share what was witnessed—what moved, what cleared, any messages from your guides, and anything else that came through while you rested.
What might I notice in the days after?
Healing continues after you wake. In the hours and days following a session, you may notice:
· Feeling emotionally lighter or more at ease
· Vivid dreams or a shift in dream quality
· Old patterns showing up differently—or not at all
· Moments of unexpected clarity or peace
· Gentle fatigue as your body integrates the release
· Emotions surfacing softly, asking to be felt
Everyone integrates differently. There's no timeline and no wrong way to feel.
What should I do after a session?
Be gentle with yourself. Rest if you need to. Drink water. Go for a walk. Sit in silence. Notice what arises without judging it. Integration happens best when you give yourself space to simply be.
How will I know it worked?
You may not notice anything dramatic—and that's still healing. Sometimes the shifts are quiet. A little more patience. A little less weight. A moment of clarity that wasn't there before.
Other times, you might wake up feeling not so great. Confused. Physically uncomfortable. A bit off. This is also normal. When energy moves, it can stir things up on their way out—like dust before a room settles. If this happens, simply stay open. Hold the gentle intention of releasing and allowing the energy to flow. These feelings usually pass, and in the days and weeks that follow, positive outcomes often begin to unfold—sometimes quietly, sometimes unmistakably.
The audio will also help you understand what moved, so you can recognize the changes as they come.
Can I share my audio?
Your audio is yours. You're welcome to share it with trusted loved ones, a therapist, or anyone supporting your healing journey. Some clients also find value in listening again weeks or months later, when they're ready to hear something in a new way.
What if I have questions after listening?
You're always welcome to reach out. A quick text or email is fine. This is a shared process, and I'm here for what comes up afterward too.
